Cancellation Policy - I require 24 hours’ notice before your appointment if you wish to avoid a charge.
Less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

What happens during a session?
As a Reflexologist I believe there is a reflex point for every part of your body on your feet. This is shown on Chantel Lucier’s* beautifully drawn foot chart. As I work on your feet I am stimulating one end of the neural pathways that travel throughout your body, and the signal makes its way through your body to the other end of each pathway. Along the way, this increases the circulation through your body systems and stimulates your “rest and digest” response. At the same time, it decreases your “fight, flight or freeze” stress responses bringing your body back into balance.
All you have to do to achieve this state of balance is to take off your shoes and socks.
