  • Are you looking to start a practice of regular reflexology sessions for preventative health?

    Please allow 90 mins of your time for the initial appointment, where we will work on EITHER Hands OR Feet, not both. I will be taking a more comprehensive health assessment and allowing time for your questions before we begin a full 60 min session. $110

    Follow-up sessions are either 60 mins or 90 mins with combo sessions available from the 2nd visit. $110 / $165

Cancellation Policy - I require a FULL 24 hours’ notice before your appointment if you wish to avoid a charge.

Less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

What happens during a session?

As a Reflexologist I believe there is a reflex point for every part of your body on your feet. This is shown on Chantel Lucier’s* beautifully drawn charts. As I work on your hands or feet I am stimulating one end of the neural pathways that travel throughout your body, and the signal makes its way through your body to the other end of each pathway. Along the way, this increases the circulation through your body systems and stimulates your “rest and digest” response. At the same time, it decreases your “fight, flight or freeze” stress responses bringing your body back into balance.

All you have to do to achieve this state of balance is to wash your hands, or take off your shoes and socks.
