What’s Happening Now on my Take 5 Reflexology Journey …
The last 6 weeks have been a whirlwind of exciting events for Take Five Reflexology.
I feel like an autumn leaf might feel, nervous to let go of the tree, & then I’m off, swirling around the town - and enjoying every minute of the ride.
WHAT’S NEW ??
NEW LOCATION - I now have a permanent home in the Seal Cove Road shopping center in Southwest Harbor. The property address is 11 Seal Cove Road, SW Harbor, ME 04679. I am in the 3rd building in studio #7.
NEW HOURS - More days & expanded hours now available. Tuesdays - Fridays 10am - 6pm & I’ll be adding Saturdays in December
NEW SERVICES - I have been back at school this Fall, and by Thanksgiving will be a certified HAND reflexologist as well as foot, and can offer a larger variety of services to support your wellness. I’ll soon be offering stand alone Hand sessions, as well as combo sessions of feet & hands.
NEW PRICES - PRICES ARE CHANGING for all current services starting December 1st for existing clients. New Services and New Clients are changing now, during November.

NEW REFERRAL BONUS for you, when a new client books a session and mentions your name, you will receive 15 mins. of add-on to your next session at no charge. Foot or Hand work, Foot or Hand Soak, your choice.

NEW ! COMMUNITY EVENTS @ TAKE 5 REFLEXOLOGY
SUNDAY SINGERS — A women’s singing group starting Sunday, November 16th at 2 PM, The group will meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month at my studio location.
BABY & ME - 2 Classes starting in January. “Birthing Mom w/Baby” class, & separate “Caregiver w/Baby” class, it could be the 2nd non-birthing parent, or a grandparent, or other caregiver. More information coming soon, email with any questions. All participants will receive reflexology, not only the babes!
